QFCA Webinars
The knowledge inherent in Queensland Neighbourhood and Community Centres is valuable and widespread. Some centres have been refining local community development practices for almost 40 years while others have embarked on innovative journeys into new initiatives. The QFCA is developing new ways that Neighbourhood Centres can share their knowledge with one another for the enhancement of the Neighbourhood Centre sector across the state.
In 2019, the QFCA launched regular webinars for Neighbourhood Centres. This concept sees one Neighbourhood Centre presenting a topic of their expertise to the rest of the sector featuring a time of Q&A. New ideas, best practice, sector challenges and centre learnings are shared in each webinar.
Webinars are provided to QFCA member organisations free of charge. Non-members are asked to contribute $20 to each session to assist us with hosting costs. Please email our contact page for payment information.
